Talk on the tiger mosquito in the Miquel Segura research award

On 18 April it took place in Rubí the 13th edition of the award ceremony Miquel Segura. The winner was Miquel Rueda Peradejordi, from JV Foix Institute, through labor “R-evolution. From Tahrir to Plaza Catalunya”. As is tradition, after the parliaments of the authorities there was a talk dedicated to the theme that won the previous year. In the 12th edition (2011), Roger Ventura from the College Maristes Rubí, was awarded for the work  “Characterization of the tiger mosquito population in Rubí”. This year Pere Renom, reporter of the TV program Quèquicom, gave a talk entitled “The tiger mosquito, another traveling species” extending the report “Killing mosquitoes”
